Fanuc A20B-3900-0221 memory module. CNC stock this 16MB FROM + 2MB SRAM pcb for a variety of different 16i, 18i, or 21i model B. This dynamic random access module plugin is a small modular device which plugs into the main master pcb. Usually accompanied with other boards including the CPU, Graphics driver and FSSB servo controller and other memory cards such as DRAM smds.
Currently CNC only supplies this FROM + SRAM PCB for outright sale. We offer no other services, except for testing your control system; if this processor is found suspect. If repair, then we require the entire CNC with all boards plugged in and full system backup.
A20B-3900-0221 is supplied with a 12 month warranty.
