Description: The Allen-Bradley Bulletin 1606-XLS 1606-XLSRED module is a redundancy module. This redundancy module can be used in either 1 + 1 or N + 1 types of industrial redundancy systems. The 1606-XLSRED redundancy module comes with 2 input channels that can be connected to power supplies rated for 10 Amps of current and with 1 output channel that can handle nominal current ratings of up to 20 Amps. Some redundancy modules have monitoring circuitry, but the 1606-XLSRED redundancy module does not. The input voltage range for the 1606-XLSRED redundancy module is from 24 to 28 Volts DC.
